Update: Overall Winner

Every summer I attend the All World event. It is a 5 event competition. Bench show, field trial, water race, tree competition and nite hunt. My female Ramm's Arizona Lightning Strike won the Over All this year. She won points in 4 of the 5 events. The last event was the Nite Hunt. She won her cast and came in 4th place.

I travel a long ways for the last 5 years to Brazil, Indiana to compete in  the event. Always with the goal to win the Over All. We finally did it. My dogs have come in second place every year. So to finally win was exciting.

One year they gave an opposite sex trophy. My female, Ramm's AZ Ramm's Raging River Sunrey won it. She came in 2nd place 1/2 point behind the winner.

Climber: Our dogs are also very athletic Arizona Hot Shot Cayenne demonstrates   Wait for the bell: My dogs love water races but some will cheat to win. Because they are minors we cannot release their names.

I sure hope those kids get here soon. We have a lot to work on today.

U-Haul Gang: On the way to an event the motor on my truck went out in a remote little town in AZ. I got lucky and found a U-Haul which became our hound hauler for the rest of the trip.  I hooked my pop-up on to the hitch and had my truck towed back to Phoenix. The kids & I are now sometimes referred to as the "U-Haul Gang". Despite all the bad luck we ended up winning every event we entered.

Movie Stars: My dogs Ramm's Famous Houdini and Ramm's Arizona Lighting Taz were the "Character dogs" in the remake of "Where the Red Fern Grows".

My dogs also worked with Animal Planet: "Breed All About It" to do the "Coonhound Episode". Part of it was filmed on my property.

Winners: My female, Arizona Raging River Sunrey, came in 2nd place and opposite sex winner at the World All Around. The above picture is her after winning the tree competition with 163 Barks. This is a 5 competition event & River has done well in this event every year. She is 9 years old and still giving her best.
