Rabble
is a tall, dark red hound that has wonderful overall conformation. He has
straight legs, tight feet and is well muscled. Rabble is one of the nicest
competition dogs I have ever followed and is especially well suited for it. He
is extremely competitive and will not be left behind in a cast of dogs. He runs
for the front of the pack and hunts on the run. He strikes quickly and runs a
track with a bawl but uses his mouth right, not too much and not too little.
Rabble
locates quickly with a long warbling bawl and comes treed with a hard, steady
chop. I have heard some folks say that a good competition dog and a good coon
dog are two different things and that a dog can't be both. In this case, it
isn't true because Rabble is a good coon dog on an every night basis and he
carries this over to competition. It isn't often when someone can say that they
have a dog that is top in competition and as a regular coon dog. When you
look below, at how he is bred, you will understand why. In addition to his
qualities, he is bred from our line
of hounds and carries some of the best blood in the Redbone Hound breed.

Our goal is to improve the Redbone Coonhound breed and to
make this line of hounds available to the public so all of you can experience
the same level of success and pleasure that we enjoy with these hounds. We know
what a good hound is and base this knowledge on over 40 years of experience
hunting with dogs. We have found this
line of Redbone hounds to contain all of the characteristics necessary to
fill our wants and desires in a hound. I'm not easy to please but this line has
met each of my criteria when it comes to grading a hound. To please me a hound
must have...
HUNTING ABILITY, GOOD TREEING INSTINCTS, GOOD LOOKS, GOOD CONFORMATION,
INTELLIGENCE AND A SWEET DISPOSITION.
